          Receptionist: (chewing gum) Ja, hello?
Mrs Pillay: Good morning. Is this the Seaview Hotel? I would like to
book a room for next weekend.
Receptionist: Hold on. (She puts the phone down without pressing
the hold button and talks loudly to a colleague for three
                           minutes.)
Receptionist: We’re full. Phone again some other time. (She ends the
                           call.)
