Is there a free plan?
Yes. Creating an account is free, and no payment is needed to start. The free plan includes notes, quizzes, flashcards, past papers, questions by topic and AI study chat, with ads and daily limits.
Without an account you can still read every past paper and memo in the library online, and download a limited number of files as a guest.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Paying yearly costs 33% less than twelve monthly payments on every paid plan.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
On the web you pay through Paystack. In the apps from the App Store and Google Play you pay through that store, which bills you and shows the price for your store.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel on the web in Settings → Account → Subscription, on an iPhone in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions.
Refunds can be requested within 3 days for monthly plans and 7 days for yearly plans. Email support@hlayiso.com.
Can a parent pay?
Yes. From the upgrade screen a learner can pick a plan and send a parent a secure payment link by WhatsApp or as a link. The parent pays without needing a Hlayiso account.
