By accessing or using Hlayiso, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Hlayiso is owned and operated by MHSquared (Pty) Ltd (registration number 202486249807).

Hlayiso provides digital educational services, including learning content, AI-powered tools, revision material, quizzes, flashcards, documents, support channels, and related subscription features.

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service outside normal permitted use.

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Fees, billing periods, and plan features may change over time and will be shown at checkout or inside the platform.

Payments may be processed by third-party partners. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise charges associated with your selected plan or purchase.

You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the billing method used. App-store purchases are generally managed through the relevant app store account.

For direct web or messaging-channel purchases, Hlayiso offers a refund guarantee for a limited period after payment.

• Monthly subscriptions qualify for a refund request within 3 calendar days of the successful payment date.
• Yearly subscriptions qualify for a refund request within 7 calendar days of the successful payment date.
• After the applicable refund window has passed, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.

Hlayiso supplies digital services and digital access only. No physical goods are shipped, and no physical delivery or return process applies unless expressly stated otherwise for a separate offering.

Access to digital content is typically provided immediately or shortly after successful payment and account activation.

The platform, branding, software, content structure, and original materials made available through Hlayiso remain the property of Hlayiso or its licensors.

You may use the service for personal, educational, and internal use only, subject to these terms.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation at all times.

• No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use of the platform.
• No attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other users.
• No transmission of malicious code, spam, or material that infringes third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hlayiso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Educational content and AI outputs are provided to support learning and should be used with independent judgment.

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
