Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
By email: Send a request to support@hlayiso.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Deletion removes all personal information, learning progress, quiz results, AI chat history, subscription data, and Snap images. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Processing takes up to 30 days.

Billing and subscriptions

If you need help with subscriptions, payments, refunds, or account access, email support@hlayiso.com.

Cancel web subscription: Settings → Account → Subscription, or email us.
Cancel Google Play: Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
Cancel Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refund window: 3 days (monthly) or 7 days (yearly) from payment date.

Response times

General support: within 24 hours on business days.
Billing/refund queries: within 48 hours.
Account deletion: processed within 30 days.
Security reports: acknowledgement within 48 hours.
