Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
- In the app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- By email: Send a request to support@hlayiso.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Deletion removes your personal information, learning progress, quiz results, AI chat history, subscription data, and Snap images. It is permanent and is processed within 30 days.
Billing and subscriptions
For subscription, payment, refund, or account-access help, email support@hlayiso.com.
- Web: Settings → Account → Subscription, or email us.
- Google Play: Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refund window: 3 days for monthly plans or 7 days for yearly plans.
Response times
- General support: within 24 hours on business days.
- Billing and refunds: within 48 hours.
- Account deletion: within 30 days.
- Security reports: acknowledged within 48 hours.
