As a human resources consultant/specialist, address the following aspects: • Discuss the selection process that Joe must follow when appointing the new bookkeeper. • Elaborate on the legal requirements of the employment contract. • Suggest aspects that should be included in an induction programme. • Advise Joe on how to comply with the Employment Equity Act when new appointments are made.
